My certifications span Microsoft enterprise technologies, cloud infrastructure, and IT hardware — reflecting over two decades of continuous professional development and a commitment to staying current as the industry evolves.

Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)

The MCSE validates deep expertise in Microsoft server infrastructure: Windows Server administration, Active Directory, Group Policy management, and enterprise networking. It's been the foundation of my systems engineering work throughout my career, enabling me to design and manage robust IT environments for businesses across Central Wisconsin.

Microsoft Azure Certification

This certification covers designing, implementing, and managing cloud solutions on the Azure platform — virtual machines, Azure Active Directory, cloud storage, networking, and hybrid architectures. As more businesses in Wausau and throughout Wisconsin move to the cloud, having this credential means I can guide that transition smoothly and cost-effectively.

CompTIA A+

Earned early in my career, the A+ covers the fundamentals every IT professional needs: hardware troubleshooting, networking basics, OS management, and security best practices. It built the technical foundation that has supported everything since — from systems engineering to development and consulting.

HP & Kyocera Certifications

These manufacturer certifications demonstrate specialized knowledge in enterprise hardware deployment and management. The HP credential covers ProLiant server infrastructure, which I've deployed and managed extensively over the years. Kyocera reflects expertise in enterprise print and document management solutions.

Education

I graduated from CEI College in Anaheim, California in June 2000 with a focus on information technology. Combined with 20+ years of hands-on experience and continuous certification, that formal grounding gives me a comprehensive view of technology — from first principles to advanced enterprise solutions — that I apply every day for clients in Wausau and beyond.

Continuous Learning

Technology never stands still. Beyond formal certifications, I'm continuously expanding into modern areas like React, TypeScript, Python, AI/LLM integration, Docker containerization, and workflow automation — so clients always have access to current best practices, not just what worked a decade ago.
